Supervising Physician

Overview
We're a Texas-based nurse practitioner-led wellness clinic offering hormone optimization. We're seeking a licensed Texas physician to serve as our Supervisng Physician under a Prescriptive Authority Agreement (PAA), supporting our NPs in a remote, low-time-commitment capacity (0.25 FTE, 10 hours/week).

Responsibilities:

• Enter into and maintain a Prescriptive Authority Agreement
• Conduct remote monthly chart reviews
• Be reasonably available for phone/telehealth consultation as needed
• Review and co-sign controlled substance prescriptions as required under the PAA
• Participate in required periodic meetings (as specified in the agreement) to discuss practice patterns and outcomes
• Maintain active Texas MD license and DEA registration in good standing

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted MD license in Texas
• Active DEA registration
• No current or pending board actions
• Interest or experience in hormone therapy, weight management, or primary/urgent care is a plus
• Prior experience as a collaborating physician is a plus

What We Offer:

• $350–$500/month (1099)
• 100% remote
• 0.25 FTE of the physician's capacity (10 hours/week)

Pay: $350.00 - $500.00 per month
