Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Supervisor to manage daily factory operations at our plastic products manufacturing unit. Our company manufactures plastic products such as toys, jars, containers, and other plastic items.

The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, supervising packing activities, coordinating dispatch work, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage factory workers and staff on a daily basis.
• Allocate work to employees and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor the packing of plastic toys, jars, containers, and other products.
• Supervise order preparation, packaging, labeling, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure products are packed properly and ready for delivery.
• Coordinate with the store, packing, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain daily records of production, packing, and dispatched orders.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods.
• Identify and report damaged products, packing errors, or dispatch issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the factory.
• Ensure timely completion of daily work targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Factory Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or Packing Supervisor.
• Experience in a plastic manufacturing unit, packaging unit, or similar factory will be preferred.
• Good staff management and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of packing, stock handling, and dispatch operations.
• Ability to manage daily work schedules and meet deadlines.
• Basic record-keeping and computer skills will be an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and organized.
