Supervisor Accounting

About the role

This is an Accounting Supervisor role responsible for overseeing accounting processes, financial reporting, and team management in a retail, fashion, FMCG, or multi-store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review accounting transaction recording processes and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate monthly closing processes and financial statement preparation
• Review General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliation, accrual, and adjustments
• Oversee inventory, COGS, sales, AP & AR recording and ensure alignment with operational data
• Ensure accounting processes and reporting are performed accurately through SAP
• Ensure implementation of accounting policies, SOP, and internal controls
• Prepare data and support audit and tax processes
• Oversee, direct, and review Accounting team work

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Supervisor or Team Leader
• Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or multi-store company systems
• Understanding of financial statement preparation processes, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and inventory accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; SAP experience is advantageous
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
