Supervisor Accounting

Education :

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* Accounting certification or Brevet A & B is a plus.

Experience:

* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or equivalent position.

* Experience in supervising or reviewing accounting team members.

Technical Skills :

* Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Accrual, Prepaid Expenses, Fixed Assets, Inventory, COGS, and Month-End Closing.

* Able to prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

* Experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

* Good understanding of basic taxation and tax-related accounting.

* Experience in audit preparation and providing supporting documents.

System & Excel :

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.

* Experience with accounting software or ERP systems such as Odoo, Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Able to review and control team members’ work.

* Able to manage priorities, deadlines, and month-end closing.

* Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

* Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

* Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

* Able to identify accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
