Supervisor Accounting – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Accounting Staff role involving daily transaction recording, journal preparation, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting. The position requires coordination with central finance management in Mandarin and support for monthly and annual closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and prepare journal entries
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly financial reports
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes
• Coordinate with central finance team regarding financial reporting in Mandarin
• Support internal and external audit processes as required

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Accounting Staff (fresh graduates with strong Mandarin capability may be considered)
• Active Mandarin language proficiency (spoken and written) for coordination with management and central finance team
• Understanding of basic accounting cycle (journal entries, general ledger, reconciliation, monthly financial statements)
• Experience with accounting software (such as SAP, Accurate, or internal company systems)
• Attention to detail, disciplined, and able to work in cross-cultural teams
