Supervisor Apoteker

Key responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions accurately and safely
• Receive and process incoming pharmaceutical stock, ensuring proper organisation and storage
• Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical inventory and conduct regular stock counts
• Operate pharmacy computer systems to manage patient records, prescriptions and billing information
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients, answering routine pharmacy questions
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, health and safety standards, and clinic policies
• Label and organise medications according to clinic protocols and regulatory requirements
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining pharmacy equipment and workspaces
• Support pharmacists during busy periods and special projects as required
• Help manage the general pharmacy environment to ensure it remains organised and professional

What we're looking for

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in pharmacy or pharmacy assistance is preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug classifications and basic pharmacy operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately when handling medications and maintaining records
• Proficiency with computer systems and pharmacy software applications
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Physical ability to lift and carry pharmaceutical boxes and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in a healthcare environment
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is desirable
