About the role

An Area Manager role managing several Donat Ube stores, responsible for overseeing operations across multiple outlets in the Jabodetabek region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several store outlets simultaneously
• Understand and oversee store operations including sales, stock, SOP, and customer service
• Focus on targets and sales achievement
• Analyse sales reports and team performance
• Conduct visits to each store
• Demonstrate leadership and strong communication capabilities

About you

• Minimum 4 years experience as Area Supervisor in F&B (preferably from a national brand)
• Minimum D3/S1 education in any field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple outlets/stores
• Understanding of store operations (sales, stock, SOP, service)
• Sales target and achievement oriented
• Ability to analyse sales reports and team performance
• Willing to be mobile and visit each store
• Own vehicle and active driving licence
