Supervisor Asset Management

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the technical, commercial, and financial aspects of operating renewable energy assets, including solar farms, wind farms, and solar rooftop systems
• Conducting in-depth analyses of our investment portfolio and asset performance
• Monitor O&M activities and financial metrics to maximize asset performance and drive operational movement
• Coordinate closely with O&M service providers to ensure optimal asset performance and full compliance with service agreements and relevant obligations.
• Monitor and execute on the contractual and regulation compliance matters related to operating assets
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports, budgets, and related updates to both internal management and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure alignment with project requirements and organizational policies

We're looking for :

• A bachelor's degree in Engineer, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, Operation & Maintenace or a similar role, Solar Power background is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
