SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Cafe Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor ( KOPI PING CAFE , AIRPORT - KKIA)

Tasks include:

• Performing any combination of following duties to assist daily operations of restaurant.
• To be fully conversant with monthly/daily sales performance and assist the staff to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved.
• To ensure all stock & cash/credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.
• Ensure team members follow company’s SOPs & compliance.
• Assist in marketing and promotion activities.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Upsell and recommend menu items to customer
• Maintain stock level of all products
• Leading crew members
• Report directly to the Operation Manager and Directors
• Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing roasters and staff costs
• Requirements :
• -Min 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.-Good communication skill-Own transport
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:
STM/STPM/DIPLOMA (Preferred)
Experience:

Budget Control: 1 year (Preferred)
F&B Management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Food Handling (Preferred)

*Able to speak Malay, English and Mandarin (added value)
