Supervisor Audditor

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor – Auditor to oversee audit activities, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify operational and financial risks. The role will supervise audit staff, review audit findings, and coordinate with different departments to ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily audit activities and assignments.
• Conduct regular audits of company operations, records, inventory, transactions, and internal controls.
• Review documents, reports, and supporting records for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, irregularities, and potential risks.
• Prepare clear and accurate audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments during audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of audit records.
• Lead and coach audit staff to ensure quality and timely completion of audit assignments.
• Perform other audit-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk assessment.
• Good analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Willing to work abroad and relocate for an international assignment.
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different workplace practices.
• Willing to conduct field/operational audits as required.

Position: Supervisor – Auditor
Employment Type: Full-time / Overseas Assignment
Work Location: Overseas (PNG)
Salary: 35000 - 40000
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
