is seeking a Supervisor: Audits & Risk

to work in conjunction with the Audits & Risk Manager

in strengthening internal controls, risk management practices and operational effectiveness across our business.

This role is responsible for conducting audits and risk reviews, identifying control weaknesses, investigating operational risks, and driving continuous improvement across key business processes. The successful incumbent will also provide day-to-day oversight of the Audits & Risk team and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Audits & Risk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and risk assessments across business operations.
• Identify control gaps, process weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate audit findings, operational exceptions and risk-related matters.
• Evaluate risks relating to customer transactions, reconciliations, compliance and operational processes.
• Compile audit reports and recommend practical control enhancements.
• Monitor corrective actions and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance, support and oversight to team members.
• Assist with planning, allocating and monitoring audit activities.
• Act on behalf of the Audits & Risk Manager when required.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance, compliance and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Bring:

• Relevant qualification in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in audit, risk, compliance or a related governance role.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
