Job Opportunity: Supervisor at Trespass in Beverley

Trespass, a renowned outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, is seeking a dedicated and capable Supervisor to join the team at our Beverley store.

Contracted Hours – 16 hours per week, up to 24 hours available
Full flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday–Sunday, is essential.

Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our management structure, providing essential support to both staff and upper management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving Sales and Profit: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance sales performance and overall profitability.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by assisting shoppers and addressing their needs.
• Merchandising: Contribute to effective product displays and visual merchandising.
• Stock Control: Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels and inventory organisation.
• Store Setup: Help maintain the store for maximum business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably at a management level.
• Merchandising Skills: Familiarity with effective merchandising practices.
• Team Player: Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and business demands.
