Supervisor, Billing & Cost Control

About the role

DSV Air & Sea Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor, Billing & Cost Control to join our Import/Export & Customs operations team. This is a full-time position based in Sriracha, Chon Buri, Thailand. In this supervisory role, you will oversee billing operations and cost control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across our logistics and customs clearance functions. This position is strategically important to our organisation as it directly impacts financial accuracy, customer satisfaction, and profitability within our import/export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Solid working knowledge of Company billing and invoicing rules, systems, and customer SOP requirements, with the ability to issue accurate invoices per client quotation or Company tariff.
• Working knowledge of the Webcost invoice-coding process within CW1, including invoice receipting, verification, coding, parking, and coordination with designated approvers
• Understanding of vendor SOA reconciliation and payment proposal validation for transportation/job-related vendor invoices.
• Ability to coach, assign, and review the work of Billing and Cost Control team members.
• Experience maintaining E-Doc scanning and job-file/paper document filing per Company SOP

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Billing operations for Airfreight & Sea Freight Import & Export and related value-added services
• Accounts Payable / vendor invoice processing (Webcost) for transportation and job-related costs
• Vendor Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation and payment proposal / payment control processes Freight forwarding and total logistics
• Team supervision and coordination
• Good Skill English
