- Oversee the daily operations of the billing center, including managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues.
- Analyze revenue accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in telecom industry with expertise in billing center operations.
- Strong knowledge of revenue accounting principles and practices.
- Proven supervisory experience with ability to lead teams effectively.
