About the role

A supervisory position in a restaurant environment responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading service staff, and maintaining quality standards across food, beverage, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily restaurant operations
• Lead and motivate service staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure food and beverage quality standards are maintained
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards
• Manage shift schedules and ensure sufficient manpower
• Assist in training new employees and improving service standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant
• Support management in inventory control and daily reporting

About you

• Previous experience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a restaurant or hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good English speaking ability
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, good teamwork, and attention to detail
