We love that you will…

• Execute midterm demand and capacity analysis to ensure demand is properly allocated and capacity resources are effectively managed to meet unconstrained demand.
• Develop and implement midterm capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of capacity resources.
• Conduct demand analysis to project prebuild/planning backlog at each manufacturing plant and propose solutions to resolve demand imbalances.
• Analyse midterm capacity at the resource level across all manufacturing sites; identify issues and potential capacity risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct long-term analysis related to machine capacity, factoring in investment lead times and future requirements.
• Anticipate potential risks in both demand and capacity and develop planning strategies to mitigate them.
• Represent and lead planning in business change projects, implementing necessary changes and communicating effectively with end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning parameters and optimize capacity against forecast demand.
• Analyse changes in planning parameters, assess their impact, determine necessary actions, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives to increase capacity planning effectiveness.
• Monitor own performance and proactively address gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders.

We love that you are…

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Skilled in analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, database design, and other planning tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures and data-driven decision-making.
• Experienced with 2-3 years in Planning or Data Analysis roles.
• Experience with optimization tools and/or integrated planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP APO/IBP, PlanetTogether, Quintiq, o9) is a strong plus.
• Confident in business English communication and presentation.
• Able to prepare reports and presentations for management-level audiences.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is a plus.
