Supervisor (Civil)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Site Supervisor, you will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule work activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, and report progress to project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.
