Supervisor - Civil Construction

We’re looking for a supervisor to be one of those people; leading & supporting our crews to deliver quality land development & infrastructure works.

What you will do:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are running to schedule & achieving optimal outcomes
• Interpret plans to ensure accuracy & quality
• Ensure all safety requirements are met, including traffic management plans, prestart risk assessments, toolbox discussions, plant certified safe and competent to operate
• Management of subcontractors across various activities
• Monitoring workloads & resources to distribute work evenly and maximise utilisation of plant and resources.

What we’re looking for:

• Well-established supervisory experience on land development and infrastructure projects
• Strong people skills with the ability to work with people from all walks of life
• Ability to interpret plans & drawings to determine what needs doing
• Class 1 license
• A passion for health, safety, and the environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Takes pride in your work, looks after our machinery & the team around you
• Able to work Monday through Friday & on Saturdays as needed.
