SUPERVISOR (CIVIL, STRUCTURAL & ARCHITECTURAL)

• Woodlands
• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
• Staff may be required to work extended hours and night shifts based on project schedules and operational requirements, subject to applicable Company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works at project site

• Monitor site activities, work progress and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other disciplines on daily construction activities

• Ensure works are carried out according to the approved construction schedule and work sequence

• Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects, outstanding works and rectification works

• Check site conditions against drawings and highlight any discrepancies, clashes or constructability issues to the Engineer / Project Manager

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and access required for site activities

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed according to required quality, safety and schedule

• Support inspections, testing, handover and project close-out activities

• Maintain daily site records and provide progress updates to the project team

• Attend site coordination meetings and follow up on assigned action items

• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, Company procedures and project requirements

• Perform other site/project duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline
• Relevant working experience in Civil, Structural and Architectural works
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom or EPC projects will be an advantage
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications
• Good knowledge of site construction activities and work sequencing
• Able to coordinate and supervise subcontractors independently
• Good communication and site coordination skills
• Able to work in a construction site environment
