We’re searching for a Site Supervisor who is dedicated to their craft and looking for a long term tenure at a company who values their people. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects across Perth Metropolitan.

The Role You will be responsible for planning, directing and supporting the team on the worksite so that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. You will control the day-to-day operations of the resources, plant and subcontractors on site.

Essential

• Experience supervising land development/underground/pavement/earthwork projects
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Direct supervision with excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Commitment to OSH
• Construction White Card
• Drivers Licence
• Pass a pre-employment medical
• Have permanent work rights in Australia
