- Production Planning & Execution
- Supervise daily production operations according to the production schedule
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline
- Manpower Management
- Supervise production operators and technicians
- Manage attendance, overtime, leave, and shift arrangements
- Quality Control
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Enforce compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures
- Investigate production defects and implement corrective actions
- Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations
- Maintain good housekeeping using 5S principles
- Productivity Improvement
- Monitor production efficiency and labor productivity
- Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
- Machine & Equipment
- Ensure machines are operated correctly and safely
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily production reports including production output, downtime, rejection, and labor utilization
