What they need
Coordinating and supervising regarding cleaning & landscape to ensure attendance, schedules, and deadlines are on track
Handling complaints from clients regarding quality and manpower issues
Practice the proper operation methods, policies, and principles implement effectively
Handling cleaner & landscaper workers
Undertake any ad-hoc operation tasks with flexibility
Assist the management team with documentation and claim processing
Required Experience
At least 1 year of working experience in cleaning services supervision, commercial housekeeping, or a related facility management field
Computer literacy, good in leadership & handling workers
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Education
Possess at least an SPM with 1 year of experience in cleaning services/housekeeping, OR
A Diploma in Facility Management or any related field
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
