Supervisor

We are currently working with a well-established Tier 2 civil contractor that is looking for an experienced Subdivision Supervisor to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor with strong subdivision experience who is looking to work on quality projects with a reputable contractor.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising civil subdivision works from commencement through to completion
• Managing crews, subcontractors and plant on site
• Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring programs are maintained
• Overseeing earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roads and pavements
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams
• Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained
• Reporting on site progress, productivity and any issues that arise

About You

• Previous experience as a Supervisor within civil construction
• Strong subdivision experience
• Experience across earthworks, drainage, sewer, roads and pavements
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A strong focus on safety, quality and delivering projects on time
