Supervisor

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
2. Lead and manage waiters, captains, and other restaurant staff.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
4. Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
6. Manage staff attendance, shift schedules, and daily work assignments.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
8. Monitor restaurant cleanliness and overall appearance.
9. Support the team during busy periods and ensure efficient operations.
10. Report operational issues and daily updates to the Restaurant Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar restaurant/hotel position.
2. Previous hotel, restaurant, or F&B experience is required.
3. Strong leadership and team-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
5. Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
6. Ability to handle pressure and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
7. Professional, responsible, and positive attitude.
8. UAE/GCC hospitality experience will be an advantage.
9. Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
