Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily pick & pack operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team management. The Supervisor will be responsible for guiding staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage daily pick & pack operations, including stock organisation.
• Provide training and support to staff on product knowledge, and organisational procedures.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs, stock replenishment, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrable organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Previous experience in supervisory roles such as ecommerce.
• Sound understanding of merchandising principles and time management techniques.
• Administrative experience including report writing, scheduling, and record keeping.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
