- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and site problems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Check materials, equipment, and workmanship before and during installation.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, manpower records, and inspection reports.
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and unnecessary costs.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions on the construction site.
- Coordinate testing, inspections, and rectification of defective work.
- Assist with project handover, final inspections, and completion activities
