Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Villa Supervisor to oversee our daily villa operations. In this role, you will lead our front-line team (butlers, housekeeping, and maintenance), maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality, and ensure an exceptional stay experience for all our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise villa staff (butlers, housekeeping, and maintenance team) to ensure flawless service execution and adherence to brand standards
• Conduct daily inspections of villa units, private pools, and living areas prior to guest check-in to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and setup accuracy
• Serve as the primary escalation point for guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback; resolve any operational issues swiftly and professionally
• Prepare shift rosters, assign daily tasks, and manage staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency during peak and non-peak periods
• Oversee villa inventories, amenities, linen, and operational equipment; coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for timely repairs and restocking
• Work closely with the Villa Manager / Management team, providing daily shift reports, guest satisfaction logs, and operational updates

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury villas, 5-star resorts, or high-end boutique properties
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, scheduling, and conflict resolution
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office / PMS systems)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evening shifts, and public holidays
