About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of specialist light industrial construction projects across Australia.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will oversee projects from commencement through to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage site activities, maintain programme and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

A key part of the role will be the willingness and flexibility to travel. Projects are located throughout Australia, with the successful candidate typically based on one project before moving on to the next site location.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Senior Foreman within Industrial construction
• Experience running projects and coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• A strong understanding of site safety, quality and programme requirements
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to managing site challenges
• A willingness to travel and work on projects across Australia
• Experience within industrial, cold storage, food processing, logistics or specialist construction projects would be highly regarded, although not essential

This role would suit someone who enjoys the variety of project-based work, is comfortable travelling, and wants genuine responsibility rather than being confined to the same site year after year.
