Supervisor

A interiors contractor is looking for an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to take ownership of the internal finishes package on a commercial build in West Auckland.

You’ll be managing ceiling, GIB, insulation and painting trades, with around 26 internal trades on site. This is a fast-paced project where things move quickly, so I’m looking for someone organised, proactive and sharp on quality.

• Paid for every hour worked
• Weekly pay

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for keeping the internal trades moving and making sure the work is delivered to a high standard.

• Managing around 26 internal trades
• Coordinating ceiling, GIB, insulation and painting packages
• Keeping the team on programme
• Managing day-to-day site coordination
• Checking quality, finishes and defects
• Working closely with the wider site team
• Problem-solving issues quickly and keeping the project moving

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience supervising commercial interiors
• Strong understanding of GIB, ceilings, insulation and painting
• Confident managing larger groups of trades
• Sharp eye for detail and high-quality finishes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work at pace and stay on top of multiple work fronts
• Someone who is proactive and can hit the ground running
