Role Purpose
Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced airport retail environment. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer engagement, sales orientation, and the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
Airport retail roles typically require strong customer service, product recommendation, POS handling, merchandising, stock management, grooming.
