About BaoBao Roast and Dimsum

BaoBao Roast and Dimsum is a Chinese restaurant specializing in freshly prepared dimsum, buns, and a variety of Chinese dishes. We are continuously growing and expanding our operations, including the opening of a new branch in Makati. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor who can help maintain smooth operations and support the growth of our branches.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the BaoBao Roast and Dimsum branch, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and sanitation standards. You will also assist in the setup, staffing, and operations of the new Makati branch.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the BaoBao Roast and Dimsum branch
• Manage and monitor staff schedules, attendance, performance, and work assignments
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and proper store procedures
• Check inventory, stocks, and supplies and report shortages or discrepancies
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and branch reports
• Train and guide staff to ensure proper work performance
• Coordinate with management regarding branch concerns, operational needs, and staff issues
• Assist in the setup, staffing, and operations of the new Makati branch
• Ensure company policies, standards, and procedures are consistently followed

About you:

• Must have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Responsible, organized, and proactive in handling branch operations
• Can work under pressure and make decisions when needed
• Willing to oversee both the existing branch and the new Makati branch
• Must be hands-on and willing to assist with day-to-day operations when necessary
• Expected to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and overall branch performance
