Hielo Corporation is looking for a responsible, hands-on, and dependable Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our growing ice manufacturing facility.

This is an important role within our company. The Plant Supervisor will work closely with our production team of approximately 8–12 personnel and will help coordinate production, manpower, dispatch, equipment, inventory, food safety, and daily plant operations.

🏭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily plant operations and coordinate production activities to meet operational and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and manage manpower schedules, work assignments, shift coverage, and personnel deployment.
• Supervise the preparation, loading, documentation, and daily dispatch of customer orders.
• Coordinate closely with sales, delivery personnel, and management to ensure orders are properly prepared and released.
• Monitor plant equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities and coordinate maintenance or service requirements when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime.
• Ensure proper implementation of company procedures, sanitation practices, GMP, food-safety standards, and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and organization of production, storage, and dispatch areas.
• Maintain accurate production, manpower, dispatch, maintenance, inventory, incident, and compliance records.
• Monitor plant inventory, supplies, and company resources entrusted to the position.
• Identify operational concerns and communicate significant issues to Management promptly.
• Help identify practical ways to improve productivity, workflow, manpower utilization, and overall plant efficiency.
• Manage daily priorities effectively across production, dispatch, maintenance, and other operational requirements.
• Perform other reasonable plant-related duties assigned by Management.

👀 QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Technology, Food Technology, Business Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, food production, cold storage, warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with production planning, manpower scheduling, dispatch operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, sanitation procedures, and HACCP is strongly preferred.
• Able to supervise and guide a small team while remaining actively involved in daily plant operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable preparing basic operational reports and using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Reliable, disciplined, accountable, and capable of handling responsibility.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when required by production and operational needs.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
