Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day jewellery store operations.

* Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

* Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets*.

* Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

* Ensure proper display, presentation, and cleanliness of jewellery products.

* Monitor stock movement, inventory, and jewellery security as per company policies.

* Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.

* Monitor sales conversion, average bill value, and individual sales performance.

* Ensure proper billing, documentation, and adherence to store procedures.

* Support the team in follow-ups with customers and generate repeat business.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security standards, and audit requirements.

* Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching to improve sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong sales and team-handling skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer relationship management

Good knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
