WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cornubia Mall, Durban.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise staff and ensure duties are completed properly
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
• Monitor customer service and assist with resolving customer complaints
• Assist with stock control and daily operational checks
• Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Ensure company procedures and standards are followed
• Assist the Store Manager with any other daily operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant, retail or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Must have your own reliable vehicle and transport
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Able to take initiative and solve day-to-day operational problems
