Job Description

DECOINN – Shri Balaji Multi Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations at Alamgir, Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day godown/warehouse operations.

• Supervise loading and unloading of materials.

• Maintain proper stock and inventory records.

• Ensure safe and organized storage of products.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and the office team.

• Ensure timely dispatch of materials as instructed.

• Check quantities and materials during receiving and dispatch.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline in the godown.

• Supervise and manage godown workers.

• Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Godown Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor preferred.

• Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.

• Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
