What they need
- Assign staff duties and prepare work schedules.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Check inventory and ensure sufficient stock of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Assist with stock counting and report shortages or wastage.
- Monitor daily sales and cash handling.
- Open and close the outlet when required.
- Train and coach new and existing staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist the manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Monitor promotions and ensure staff understand current offers.
- Prepare daily operational reports when required.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to the outlet.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
