Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the smooth functioning of the store

• Assist walk in customers with their purchases & upsell products
• Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods
• Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better
• Conduct marketing and sales promotional activites for business development
• Inventory management and stock control
• Manage E Commerce orders from Swiggy, Zomato, etc
• Handling Cash and Accounts including Daily Sales Report
• Reporting to Store Incharge
• Ability to do Opening & Closing of the store (Store Timings 7:30 am to 10:30 pm)

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in dealing with people

• Prior experience in heading a team

• Self motivated & Punctual

• Ability to follow SOPs and Guidelines

• Should be confident, quick and efficient in making decisions

• Knowledge and understanding of basic accounts

• Working knowledge of using Computer + Email + Excel + Word + Whatsapp
