Supervisor

Furn Aldayaa is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our operations team in Riyadh.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising branch operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in food quality customer service cleanliness staff performance and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations

• Monitor staff performance and productivity

• Ensure food quality and recipe standards are followed

• Monitor cleanliness food safety and hygiene standards

• Control inventory waste and stock variances

• Follow up delivery applications and branch sales performance

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Conduct regular branch visits and submit operational reports

• Train and support branch managers and team members

• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or F&B operations

• Previous experience as Supervisor or Branch Manager preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety

• Must be available to work flexible shifts

• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
