About the role

SAS Medica is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our management team in Kebayoran Baru Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across our healthcare facility. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the strategic objectives of SAS Medica. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining a professional, efficient working environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage daily operations of assigned departments or units within the healthcare facility
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure compliance with SAS Medica policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations to support professional development
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction through effective communication and quality assurance measures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and company protocols
• Coordinate with other departments and senior management to facilitate seamless operations
• Address and resolve staff and operational issues promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards across all operational areas
• Support recruitment, scheduling, and resource allocation within your supervisory area
• Report on operational metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

What we're looking for

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal)
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Valid professional certifications or licences relevant to healthcare management are advantageous
