What they need
➢The Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related staff.
➢Prepares and monitors work schedules to meet sales and performance targets.
➢Liaises with the Manager to identify and resolve operational and customer service issues.
➢Handles customer enquiries, product queries, repair service enquiries and complaints, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.
➢Prepares and submits reports to management on sales performance, customer demand and sales activities.
➢Monitors stock levels to ensure adequate availability for sales.
➢Oversees the organisation and control of stock and coordinates replenishment requirements with management.
➢Assesses and recommends staffing levels and other operational requirements to meet customer demand, sales and performance targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,100.00-£40,000.00 per year
