Duties

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to ensure product availability and presentation standards
• Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and workload distribution to optimize team productivity
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct interviewing and hiring processes for new staff to build a strong retail team
• Implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and support achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are preferred
• Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, and team management
• Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and operational management
• Basic math skills for cash register operations, bookkeeping, budgeting, and retail math calculations
• Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent organizational skills
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
