Perfume Supervisor – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Perfume Supervisor with strong knowledge of the fragrance industry and proven experience in managing a sales team, achieving monthly targets, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the sales team on a daily basis.

• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve team performance.

• Train, motivate, and guide sales staff to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.

• Ensure the team has strong knowledge of perfumes, fragrance categories, and product specifications.

• Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist customers professionally and support the sales team in closing deals when required.

• Monitor sales results and prepare regular performance reports.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong and extensive experience in the perfume/fragrance industry is mandatory.

• Excellent knowledge of well-known international and luxury perfume brands.

• Previous experience as a Perfume Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar position.

• Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

• Strong leadership, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.

• Professional appearance and customer-oriented personality.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Important: Extensive experience and strong knowledge of the perfume industry, especially well-known international and luxury fragrance brands, is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
