About the role
Pre Opening Supervisor Crew for a Japanese Yakitori Restaurant. You will welcome and seat guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain the dining area while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent customer service
- Explain the menu and make recommendations when required
- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
About you
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- English is required
- Japanese language skills are an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients
