Supervisor

• Role & responsibilities -
• Supervise and manage deployed manpower at assigned sites.
• • Prepare duty schedules and monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• • Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
• • Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related complaints.
• • Handle manpower shortages, replacements, and operational issues.
• • Maintain attendance, activity logs, and daily/weekly reports.
• • Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for recruitment and deployment.
• • Escalate major issues to senior management and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• • 25 years of experience in security, facility management, manpower, or field operations.
• • Strong team-handling and field supervision skills.
• • Good communication and client coordination skills.
• • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• • Comfortable with regular field visits.
• • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
