Established civil contracting business delivering civil and main roads (TMR) projects across South East Queensland.

Seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Brisbane team, overseeing site delivery on civil construction and bulk earthworks projects, including works for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).

About You:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction and bulk earthworks projects
• Genuine experience working on TMR / Main Roads projects, with a solid understanding of TMR specifications and quality requirements
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage site crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations
• A good understanding of civil construction methodology, plant and equipment, and earthworks sequencing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with project engineers, clients, and site personnel
• Relevant tickets and certifications for civil construction site supervision (White Card, and other civil-specific tickets as required)
• A current driver's licence
