Responsibilities

• Manage staffing schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance through regular feedback.
• Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive displays that promote products and maximize sales.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, organizing merchandise, and assisting with replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven management or supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, sales management, and merchandising strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and basic computer proficiency.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner and strong organizational abilities.
