Supervisor

About the role

Supervise construction work implementation in the field to ensure compliance with work drawings, specifications, work methods, and project schedules. Coordinate labour, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers in the work area while ensuring work is executed according to quality standards, occupational safety and health (K3), and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor work progress and report developments to Project Manager/Site Manager
• Ensure material, equipment, and labour usage aligns with project needs
• Read and understand work drawings and coordinate when technical changes or obstacles arise in the field
• Identify and resolve work obstacles in the field with the relevant team
• Ensure work areas remain organised, safe, and comply with safety standards
• Prepare daily work reports and project progress documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, foremen, subcontractors, and other relevant parties

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Supervisor/Field Staff at a contractor company
• Understanding of construction processes and field work implementation
• Able to read work drawings and understand project technical specifications
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to lead and direct labour and subcontractors
• Understanding of K3 implementation and workplace safety standards in projects
• Able to work with time targets and project work pressure
• Willing to be placed at project locations as needed by the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD skills are an added value
• Disciplined, responsible, firm attitude, and able to work independently and in teams
