SUPERVISOR

·         Responsible for coaching, employee monitoring, and performance management

·         Serves as link between subordinates and management.

·         Ensures employees schedules and manpower alignment

·         Implements productivity standards and resolve operation’s problems

·         Implements standard operating procedures set by the cooperative and the Principal

·         Conducts regular meeting and refresher courses to the employees

·         Facilitates the signing of billings to the Principal

·         Ensures the timely submission of daily time record of the deployed employees

·         Attends and resolve employees issues, queries, and complaints

·         Facilitates counseling and employee discipline
