Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Retail Supervisor to join our fashion and apparel outlet team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and manage staff duty rosters/schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage at all times
• Supervise and guide sales staff on product knowledge, merchandising, and customer service standards
• Monitor daily store operations, including stock replenishment, display, and store cleanliness
• Oversee staff performance, discipline, and attendance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Assist in achieving sales targets and store KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Report to management on staff and store performance

About you

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail; experience in the apparel/fashion industry is preferred
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy individual with strong integrity
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer literacy (Excel/scheduling systems an advantage)
