We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new cafe in Cambridge in November 2026, and we’re on the lookout for talented people of all levels to join our growing team.

We’ll be a DAYTIME ONLY cafe, so if you love delivering fantastic service, and being part of a friendly team, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, permanent, weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the café team during shifts
• Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
• Ensuring food, drink and service standards are consistently maintained
• Opening and/or closing the café as required
• Managing daily operations and allocating tasks to team members
• Handling cash and completing end-of-shift procedures
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting ordering requirements
• Ensuring the café is clean, safe and well presented at all times
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Supporting the training and development of new and existing team members
• Dealing confidently and professionally with customer queries and complaints
• Leading by example and creating a positive, supportive team environment

• Has a fun, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help others
• Is keen to get stuck in from day one and lead by example
• Is ready to thrive in a busy brunch setting, putting our customers at the heart of what we do
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Can remain calm, professional and organised in a fast-paced environment

Required:

• Supervising experience: 1 year

Preferred:

• Restaurant management experience: 1 year
• Bar management experience: 1 year
• Customer service experience: 1 year
• Management experience: 1 year
